My 2-year-old Pit Bull, Lucy, adopted from a shelter 3 weeks ago, has been experiencing deep congestion and wheezing every hour or two. She was diagnosed with Kennel Cough and completed an antibiotic regimen. I gave her a 25 mg tablet of Benadryl, and I plan to pick up more antibiotics tomorrow. What could be causing her symptoms, and what else can I do to help her?
