My dog, Ringo, has been vomiting for half a day, has a loud heartbeat, hasn't eaten or drunk anything, and is tired but won't sleep. His vomit is mostly bile, and he hasn't eaten anything unusual. He's also mouth breathing and has periods of rest but continues to vomit. Could this be related to kidney failure or something more serious?
