My 2-year-old Saint Bernard, Wini, has been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting since yesterday. She is still drinking water and eating a little bit, but she is very mellow. The vomit is liquidy and there is no blood in the diarrhea. There have been no recent diet changes or new treats, and she doesn't get into trash or anything unusual. What could be causing this and what can I do to help her?

My dog Willow has pneumonia and is being treated with Clavamox and Flagyl but she is not interested in eating. My vet prescribed Entyce today. I got her to eat 10oz of chicken and rice and a can of Royal Canine wet food. Is there anything else I can do to encourage her to eat?
