My 5-month-old French Bulldog puppy, Ziggy, is shaking, has diarrhea, and was throwing up. The vomit looked liquidy and contained dried grass, tiny pieces of bark, and something that resembled small pieces of mushroom. Ziggy has been eating less this past week and has been going out to the yard, but I didn't see him eat anything unusual. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
