My 3.5-month-old Corgi, Rocket, is lethargic, salivating excessively, shivering, and has had blackish diarrhea. He was active and chasing my toddler an hour before this started. He ate 1/4 cup of his puppy food this morning and was chewing on sticks, an acorn, and possibly other things outside. He hasn't vomited. What could be wrong and what should I do?
