I have a 3-year-old French Bulldog named Hank who vomits after every meal, has lost significant weight, and is shedding a lot of hair. The vomit is both liquidy and foamy and contains his food. He has started licking his paws and scratching, and the vomiting has been ongoing for about a month. He is otherwise healthy and not on any medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?
