My 3-month-old dog, Franklin, has had diarrhea for a few days and vomited a few times on the first day. The first vomit had food in it, but the subsequent ones were just yellow liquid. He ate a fast food sandwich the day before symptoms started. He had a UTI and was on an antibiotic for about 1.5-2 weeks prior to this, and the vomiting and diarrhea started the day after the antibiotic ended. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 8-year-old Pitbull, Sassy, has had liquid diarrhea since early Sunday morning. She has low energy and isn't her playful self. She did not eat or drink until Monday when I started giving her small amounts of Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets EN Gastroenteric canned food mixed with water and pumpkin. It's now Wednesday, and the only change is some rice and barley in the running poop. She was due for her vaccines in January but missed the February mobile vet clinic. What should I do next to help her recover and ensure she stays hydrated?
