My 3-month-old puppy fell into a pool and is now drooling an hour later. She vomited her breakfast, which she ate around 6:00 am, and fell into the pool around 9:30 am. She appears to be breathing normally but is drooling a little. Could this be water poisoning, and what should I do?

One of my two 10-pound Chihuahuas drank some of my coffee with oat milk in it. The coffee cup was half full with a half-and-half mix of coffee and oat milk, so about 1/4 cup of coffee was ingested. The cup was left out since 5 AM, and it's currently 1:50 in the afternoon. The dogs have shown no signs of vomiting, diarrhea, or restlessness. What should I do, and is there any cause for concern?
