My 3-year-old Chihuahua has been experiencing bloody diarrhea since June 2023, and recently she vomited bright yellow and had more bloody diarrhea. She seems lethargic and uncomfortable. Can I give her the metronidazole medication prescribed in October to make her feel better, or does this require an immediate vet visit?

My dog licked some vomit that had magic mushrooms in it. What size is the dog? How much of the vomit was ingested? How much hydrogen peroxide should be given to a 10 lb dog? How long has it been since the dog had the vomit? What's the dog's name and age? Is there anything else the vet should know before connecting?
