My Yorkie, Stella, has had diarrhea with some blood since Tuesday night. The diarrhea has been intermittent, with some stools being slimy and others semi-soft, mostly brown in color. Stella has been drinking water as usual and has not eaten anything unusual. She was recently fixed and had a case of Pyometra, but the vet said these were not related. What could be causing the diarrhea and blood, and what should I do to help Stella?
