My dog had diarrhea for the last 24 hours, and now he constantly needs to pee, even after going outside just 15 minutes earlier. Does the diarrhea and constant peeing go hand in hand? Additionally, my dog has not been drinking more water than usual, and he is anxious and wants to go outside frequently to pee. He did not eat due to the diarrhea, and he slept most of the day but is now very anxious.
