My 3-year-old Pomeranian has developed a goose-sounding cough over the past few months, occurring almost every morning and occasionally later in the day. He also makes a lot of noise when eating, snorting through his nose. Is this serious, and what could be causing it?

Our 15-year-old Beagle has been diagnosed with cancer in her lymph nodes and is currently on Tramadol for pain management. She has been restless, developed a head twitch, and has difficulty standing. How often can I increase the Tramadol dosage until we can take her to the vet in the morning, and will increasing the dosage to 25 mg every 4 to 6 hours cause suffering in a dog that will be euthanized in the morning?

I have a 13-year-old neutered male dog. His penis keeps sticking out despite having staples placed and removed by the vet. My vet suggested using vaseline for lubrication. Is there something else that can be done to fix this problem?
