My dog just ate a little bit of green rat bait poison. What should I do?

My 10-year-old Boxer Lab mix, Luna, has been vomiting after drinking water for the past two days. The vomit usually occurs after her meal and she drinks a lot of water. She has been a good eater and not lethargic, but recently vomited both her meals on the first day and one meal on the second day. She kept down a meal of hamburger and brown rice after I reduced her water intake. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 8-week-old puppy, Woodson, has had one round of vaccinations, ate a little grass, licks his privates after going to the bathroom, scratches his ears a lot, bites the bars of his playpen, and sometimes stares at toys without playing with them.
