My Maltipoo, Coco, is vomiting and lethargic. The vomit initially contained food but is now liquidy. I'm unsure if she ate anything unusual. She is 8 months old and has been in good health. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 10-year-old male Chiweenie named Moses recently had a back injury, no surgery, and no complications. His mobility is improving, but he had vomiting and diarrhea overnight. The vomit was both liquidy and foamy, with very little food in it. He eats very little since his injury. He had tests done to check for infection, all negative results. The local vet's best guess for the injury is a slipped disk. Moses's mobility has improved significantly over the last two weeks, but he lost a lot of muscle from his hind legs. Previously, he would drag his little feet when he walked, and sway a bit from side to side. As of this morning, no more dragging and he's trotting mostly normal again. He still cannot play much, or jump at all. What should I do for his current gastrointestinal issues?

My 6-year-old 65 lb golden retriever ate kitchen garbage containing coffee grounds, chicken carcass, and small pieces of chocolate at 8:30 a.m. and has been vomiting all day until 7:50 p.m., with clear or yellow vomitus. She was vomiting a few times per hour but has not vomited for the past hour. She is otherwise acting normal and wants to drink and eat. Should we do anything besides watching her overnight?

My dog, Bailey, a 3-year-old Weimaraner mix, has hurt her front leg. She is limping, has swelling, and is licking the swollen area. I cannot get her to the vet until tomorrow. Is there anything I can safely give her for pain?
