My 4-5 month old dog, Charley, started vomiting clear slime and has lost his appetite, but is still drinking water. He vomited his dog food, followed by slime and water, and is now laying around. I'm worried because his sister recently died from vomiting and diarrhea. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Koda, a 2-year-old Shar Pei, has had persistent diarrhea since Sunday evening, which now includes bright red blood in addition to watery stool. He has vomited once, is slightly lethargic, and his spirits are good. He has not eaten anything unusual, and his diet was recently switched to rice and grilled chicken. One of my Rat Terriers ate half of a chocolate brownie. The brownie weighed 3.7 oz. The Rat Terriers are a female named Sissy weighing 8 lbs and a male named Odie weighing 12 lbs, both just over a year and a half old.
