My 4-month-old Border Collie, Bogey, has been experiencing vomiting and watery diarrhea since this morning. He has vomited and had diarrhea about 5 times, but there is no blood in his stool. He has been acting himself except for sleeping more than normal. We gave him chicken and rice to help. What could be causing this and what should we do?
