My chihuahua has swollen testicles and a penis. It has been going on for 3 days, he has no pre-existing medical conditions, can urinate with ease, and is licking the area. He is also dragging his butt on the floor. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog is 68 lbs and is on 30mg of fluoxetine daily and 200mg of Suntheanine (L-Theanine) twice daily. She is red and itchy due to a high incidence of skin allergies in NJ. I want to give her 2-25mg of Diphenhydramine Hcl twice daily. I know it's safe to give Diphenhydramine with fluoxetine, but I'm unsure about L-Theanine. Does she need to 'wash out' first or can they all be given together?

My 11-year-old basset hound, Moses, experiences severe spells every other day involving involuntary movement of his right leg, restlessness, pounding heart rate, shortness of breath, and shaking back legs. He recently had a tumor removed from his dorsal thorax, diagnosed as well-differentiated chondrosarcoma. He has had these spells before the tumor removal and recently had an EKG and X-ray, showing an enlarged heart. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?
