My 4-month-old puppy, Sable, has been throwing up, not pooping, not eating or drinking, and has had the runs with a slight fever. She has been wormed and had her shots about 1.5 months ago, but we don't have the money to afford a vet. She seems more tired than usual, is needy, and has lost about half of her body weight. She also whines a little, indicating she might be in pain. What can we do to help her?

I have a 1 1/2 year old pitbull named Luna who has had hives for a couple of days. I've given her oatmeal baths, Benadryl, and sprayed her with a vet-prescribed spray.
