My 4-month-old toy poodle, Luna, is throwing up and has diarrhea. The first vomit had food, and the second was foamy. She chewed on an old orange peel and has not had all her vaccinations yet. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 2-year-old, 10-pound yorkiepoo named Kowe ate about 4-7 milk chocolate coins, weighing approximately 1.36 ounces, 45-55 minutes ago. He has not vomited since then. Should I be concerned about chocolate toxicity, and is there anything I should do or monitor for?
