My 14-year-old lab, Molly, has been experiencing diarrhea since eating Freshpet chunky beef recipe dog food. I have been feeding her chicken and rice for two weeks, and I have also tried FortiFlora, but neither has helped. She has mucus in her stool and sometimes it's just liquid. I am concerned and would like to know if it could be an infection and if I can get Flagyl to help her condition.

She was recently spayed about a week and a half ago and was on painkillers and trazadone, which she stopped taking a week ago and on Tuesday respectively.

I have an 8-week-old puppy. My son-in-law came over with a salmon last night and wiped blood on his pant leg. My daughter saw the puppy near his leg and isn't sure if he licked the blood or just sniffed it. I'm concerned about salmon poisoning. How soon do symptoms appear, and does my puppy need a dewormer at 8 weeks?
