My 4-year-old female Bichon Shih Tzu is experiencing abdominal pain, frequent urination, and vomiting. The vomit started foamy with food and later became liquidy. She is also drinking a lot of water. My toy rat terrier gave birth to one dead puppy at 12am and it's now 5:30 am with no second puppy. She had a fluid-filled bubble come out at around 2:30 am, but nothing else since. She seems okay, with pinkish gums and able to walk. Should I be worried, and what should I do next?
