My dog, Murphee, a 4-year-old German Shepherd weighing 79 pounds, has been vomiting off and on for the last 4 hours. The vomit is liquidy and foamy, and she has eaten some grass before vomiting. There is no diarrhea, and her gums are pink with a dark line, which is normal for her. She is breathing normally and does not seem to be in pain or bloated.
