My 4-year-old male Beagle mix has developed allergies recently. He was given a shot about a month ago, but tonight he has redness around his nose and under his legs, is listless, and has a warm nose. His appetite is a bit more finicky than usual, but there are no changes in his stool. This started earlier in the fall, and the vet thinks it might be seasonal or related to something in the yard. What can I do to help him tonight before taking him to the vet tomorrow?

My dog, Buddy, a 9-year-old weighing 21 lbs, ate some milk chocolate (possibly 2-3 Hershey's Kisses). He has shown no signs of illness and has not vomited. Should I be concerned about chocolate toxicity, and what should I watch for?

I’m caring for a dog named Duke, who is 1.5-2 years old, and he has had 2 episodes of diarrhea with blood and vomited once, but is otherwise acting normal. Could he have eaten anything unusual, and what should I do?

My dog, Luna, has been refusing to eat since December 24, consuming only a few kibbles from my hand and throwing up bile twice. She has been sleeping all day and is ending her first period this week. She had blood in her feces on October 31 and a fever, but responded well to probiotics. What could be causing her lack of appetite and vomiting, and what steps should I take to help her?

My dog, Charlie, a 1-year-8-month-old weighing 55lbs, ate about 3/4ths of a milk chocolate orange weighing 117 grams. He has not vomited since eating it, and it was within the last 20-30 minutes. Should I be concerned about chocolate toxicity, and are there any special measures I need to take?
