My 4-year-old spayed female pug, Bella, suddenly became unable to use her right-sided legs. She has no health issues, no signs of pain, and normal vitals. The ER vet suspects a blood clot or mass in her neck and recommended nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories and hyperbaric oxygen sessions, which seemed to worsen her condition. They advised an MRI and possible surgery, but I'm unsure if steroids or other treatments could help. Should we consider euthanasia due to the high cost and uncertainty of surgery?

We think our 7-year-old female dog might be pregnant, but we're not sure. She has been sleeping a lot, discharged fluid from her vaginal area on Tuesday night, looks uncomfortable, pees a lot, and eats very lightly. We live in an apartment complex where a male dog might have been around her, but we haven't seen any actual interaction. What could be the issue, and what should we do?
