My dog, Lilly, has green discharge coming out of his eyes. He woke up at Christmas unable to control his tongue, and now his back legs don't work. He's not eating or drinking much, and he seems disoriented. We took him to the vet initially for his tongue, and they gave him antibiotics, a muscle relaxer, and pulled several teeth. Since then, his condition has worsened. What should we do?

A 2-year-old Bernedoodle named Mose was at a pet sitter for two days and has developed lumps on the side of his mouth and the fleshy part of his neck. His breath smells as if infected, he is lethargic, sensitive to touch, and has some matting on the outside of his mouth. He wouldn't eat his hard food but had an appetite for canned food. What could be causing these symptoms and what should be done?
