My 5.5-year-old Scottie has been diagnosed with IMHA. He is producing red blood cells well but also destroying them. He had his spleen removed three weeks ago and found it was not the cause. He is on Atopica 50mg twice a day and pred 10mg twice a day. He has had a thorough tick check and is with a specialist in San Antonio testing his blood count weekly, which has been stable around 14-16 for the last 9 weeks. I noticed he became very lethargic since they increased his Atopica to twice a day. Is this normal? Do you have any advice? He is eating and drinking well, and appears normal otherwise. What else could be the cause?

I have an 11-year-old Labradoodle who was diagnosed with pancreatitis at 5 years old. We've since changed her diet to human-grade organic food and low-fat treats, which has kept her condition under control. She currently takes Osteosupport capsules twice daily and Omega 3 fish oil. She seems to be slowing down and showing signs of joint stiffness. Is there any supplement I can give her to help with her joint stiffness and cognitive behavior?

My 5-year-old Cavalier King Charles has been diagnosed with tracheal collapse. She is coughing (gagging sound) a couple of times a day. The vet has prescribed gabapentin for 6 days and suggested lifestyle changes such as soft food and keeping the neck in a neutral position. She has been experiencing this condition since October 2018 and is otherwise healthy. What is the prognosis for her life expectancy with this progressive condition, and what treatment options are available?
