There are no known allergies, and no other health issues or changes in behavior. What could be causing this and what can be done to treat it?

After two teeth extractions, my dog, Niki (age 4), is constantly peeing, having accidents in the house, and her urine color has changed from pinkish to amber. She is also shaking and licking her genitals. Blood work and a urine test were done after the teeth extraction, and the vet said she is fine, but I'm concerned.
