My Jack Russell Terrier ate a small piece of chocolate cake. What should I do?

My teacup yorkie, Lily, fell off the couch a few days ago and may have hit a heat register in the shoulder area or ribs. She was doing okay until the cat tackled her last night, and now she's in obvious pain. She's limping, has a pain response when picked up, and is licking her front paw. I gave her 1/4 of a Rimadyl pill prescribed for a 12 lb dog. My vet can't see her until Thursday. What should I do to help her until then?

She is not keeping any water down, her gums are pale pink and moist, and she is tense on her belly but does not seem to be in more discomfort when pressed.
