My 5-month-old puppy, Sadie, thinks she needs to pee but nothing comes out after the first few times. She's not completely housetrained, tends to keep trying to urinate, and has started doing this today. She seems fine otherwise but is eating less. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My Blue Heeler ate an unknown amount of coffee. Can I give him hydrogen peroxide, or do I need to take him to the vet? The dog is 45 lbs, ate the coffee about an hour ago, and has not vomited yet. His name is Finn, and he is almost 2 years old.
