My 5-year-old Australian Shepherd, Phoenix, has suddenly started having seizures this year. He is on vet meds (Potassium Bromide 250ML morning and night) and calming pills. He is on Science Diet and all-natural treats. He coughs a lot and seems very hot and pants all the time. Could heartworms be causing the seizures?

My boyfriend brought my 9-week-old puppy around a friend's dog who is dying from cancer and has a skin condition causing flaking and hair loss. The vet said the skin condition is fine and put him on steroids. Should I be concerned about my puppy, who hasn't fully had her vaccines?

My 14-year-old Poodle-Whippet cross, Ollie, is walking sideways with his tail curled to the side and appears to have a pulling to one side. I have checked his bottom fur and matting, but found nothing. Ollie has recently had an x-ray, ultrasound, and a fentanyl patch for pancreatic pain, and is now on the mend and starting to eat again.
