My 5-year-old bully dog, Chapo, has a large, inflamed, and irritated blister on his front left paw. He has food allergies and has been taking Apoquel 16 mg 1 and 1/2 tablet per day. My dog, Prince, who is 18 months old and fully vaccinated, was weak and I had to force him to drink Pedia light. He has started walking a little and eating egg yolks on his own. He looks better now. What could be the issue and what should I do next?

Additionally, I wondered why he suddenly refused to eat and if the sausage incident was the primary trigger for his rapid decline.

My dog's poop has been dark for over a month, and he has been treated with Albendazole and an antibiotic. He is acting normally, but I'm concerned about the color of his poop and the potential for internal bleeding or worms. What should I do to address this issue?
