My 5-year-old Dachshund, Gaby, jumped off the sofa and now has wobbly back legs and winces in pain when picked up. She is eating, drinking, and peeing, but hasn't pooped since Wednesday. She is on Gabapentin, Meloxicam, and Methocarbamol. What should I do?

My poodle Maci, who is 9 years old and weighs 6 to 7 lbs, is vomiting and has diarrhea with red blood in the stool. The vomit is thin, watery, and yellow, but not foamy. She has an enlarged heart and often coughs due to small, collapsing airways. Is there anything I can give her until I can get to the vet?
