My 5-year-old dog, Misty, is lethargic, panting, hasn't eaten since the day before yesterday, walking slowly, seems in pain, and is breathing faster with her mouth open and tongue hanging out. She's also crying and has her ears back. She's on prednisone as needed and apoquel for allergies. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
