My 5-year-old English bulldog, Hannah, has been at the vet since last Friday due to kidney issues, including one nonfunctional kidney and an inflamed one. She has been on IV antibiotics and fluids, but her condition has not improved. She has periods of perkiness in the morning followed by crashes in the afternoon, and she has not been eating well. The vet tested for Addison's disease and found it negative. They are suggesting we may need to consider euthanasia if she doesn't improve by Friday. What are the possible treatments or steps we can take to help her recover, and should we consider bringing her home for a change in environment?

My Chihuahua, Gigi, is shaking, lethargic, and seems to be in pain at the base of her tail. She is not eating much on her own but will eat when hand-fed. She has a history of an anal gland abscess managed with antibiotics and anti-inflammatories less than 12 months ago. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?

My dog, a 4-year-old Great Dane mix named Izzabella, experienced bleeding after her morning bowel movement, which has since stopped but she seems to be seeping through where she sits. Is it possible she could have hemorrhoids?
