We just got an American Bully named Tootsie a year ago. Her ears were cut too short, and she constantly scratches, shakes her head, gets rashes on her belly, and digs. She had an ear injury a few months ago, which is now dry and scabby, and there's a ball-like growth in her ear. What can we do to help her until we can afford a vet visit?
