My nine-year-old rat terrier was exposed to a pet-friendly carpet cleaner and is now having an allergic reaction. The dog has bumps appearing and disappearing on her belly, her paws are red, and the bumps seem to be spreading. Should I give her Benadryl and take her to her regular vet tomorrow, or is this an emergency that requires immediate veterinary attention?
