We recently lost our 10-year-old Miniature Pinscher and our finances are tight. Did Ruby eat anything unusual, and is she fully vaccinated?

My dog, Maui, an Akita weighing 75 lbs, accidentally ate 4 Advils, 1 Zyrtec, a couple of Tums, Gas-X, and possibly 1 or 2 Excedrins from my pill container. He has started having diarrhea and his eyes are a bit red, but otherwise he is acting normally. What should I do?
