My 5-year-old St. Bernard, Marley, has a small pool of blood in her urine, which I noticed today. There is no unusual smell, and she seems normal in terms of energy. She is spayed and drinks a lot of water, but not more than usual. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

My small dog, Micro, has allergies and has scratched a sore on his skin. I've been giving him Hydroxyzine, but it only lasts for about 3 hours. I used to give him half a tablet of Benadryl, but I'm not sure if I can give it to him now since he just had Hydroxyzine 4 hours ago.
