My 5-year-old toy poodle has had constant ear itching for 3 years despite using Ottomax, visiting the vet multiple times, and trying various natural remedies and medications. The ears are red with tiny black dry spots, but there are no ear mites or fleas. The dog is on heart guard and has never had a flea. The other toy poodle, which shares the same diet and environment, does not have this issue. What could be causing this and what further steps can be taken?

Dee got a new dog and our chorkie, Sir, won't eat, is throwing up white foam, and is very upset about the new puppy. He started showing these symptoms yesterday morning, has pale gums, is shaking, can't keep water down, and did not eat at all yesterday. What could be causing this and what should we do?

My dog, Wally, is about 2.5 years old and seems to have constipation. He is very listless, hasn't gone to the loo today, and his stomach seems bloated. His lifestyle has been disrupted due to building renovations, which has affected his kennel and fenced area. What can be done to help Wally with his constipation?
