Good Evening, we have a 5 yr old fixed female Welch corgi named Rusti who over the past 5 days has had reddish inner ears and some around her muzzle. She seems to have some discomfort with her left ear, shaking it from time to time. She has not shown any coughing, limping, or drooling. We tried giving her Benadryl for two days without much change. What could be causing this and what should we do?
