Hi, all 3 of my dogs have vomited this morning. The vomit looks liquidy, maybe a little foamy and yellow, with no food in it. They haven't eaten anything unusual. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog, Scooby, who is 11 years old, has a hard time opening one of his eyes, which appears swollen, and there is no green discharge. The white part of the eye is a bit red. What could be causing this and what can I do to help?

My 4-month-old Rat Terrier, Maxwell, ate a half of a melatonin tablet containing xylitol at 6:30pm and has shown no symptoms. He has not vomited since then. What should I do, and should I take him to urgent care or wait until tomorrow to contact our regular veterinarian?

Our 11-year-old dog, Derp, has been having trouble getting up, going outside, and going up and down stairs. He isn't interested in dry dog food but eats wet food and people food without issue. He seems to be struggling with both his back legs, stepping lightly on his back left leg. Normally, he is very active but today he didn't even get up to beg when we sat down for dinner. Should I take him to an emergency vet or wait until our regular vet opens on Tuesday?
