My 8-week-old Pomeranian, Luna, is disoriented, shaking, drooling, and won't eat or drink. She ate earlier today but is now weak and can barely stand. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog has diarrhea with blood and mucus in the stool. We just got him 3 days ago, and he hasn't eaten anything unusual. He is eating well but has no medical issues that I know of. He is current on vaccinations but I don't know when he was last dewormed. He has no vomiting and no tenderness in his abdomen. What can I do to help him?
