My 6-month-old Bichon Bolognese named Lilly had spasms and vomited yellow at 7:30am. She possibly ate some foam from a pillow. The day before yesterday, she vomited after a cold walk and was given antacids, chicken, rice, and yogurt. Last night, she ate her normal meal. What could be causing her symptoms, and what should I do?

My dog, Sabrina, a year-old pitbull mix with sharpei, has been experiencing bloody stool, extreme fatigue, loss of appetite, and refusal to drink for two days.
