My 6-month-old Boston Terrier, Sophie, is experiencing nausea, vomiting (initially with food, then foamy), loss of appetite, and gurgling stomach. She vomited at least three times, had a normal bowel movement, and is lethargic. She had a new treat from a store and a new toy the night before she got sick. What can I do to help her at home, and when should I consider taking her to a veterinarian?
