My 6-month-old German Shepherd Dog (GSD) has been urinating in his sleep for quite some time now, and it is getting worse. He has no problems while awake, and never has accidents in the house, but when he sleeps, he wets himself, not completely emptying his bladder, but leaving a small amount of urine, causing his stomach to be wet and leaving a spot wherever he is sleeping. Besides the smell and damage to furniture and rugs, it is causing him to have a rash near his penis. What could be causing this issue, and what steps should I take to address it?
