I have a small female dog less than a year old named Bella. She has swelling around her private area and dark black bruises in the area. What could be causing this?

I have a new rescue dog named Tillie, who is 2 years old. She is used to being outdoors and may not have developed the muscle strength to hold herself for longer periods. She asks to go out every three to four hours, but shows no other signs of a bladder infection, such as pain when urinating or excessive licking. My insurance for her only kicks in in two weeks. Is it dangerous to wait two weeks to get her tested for a bladder infection?

My 9-year-old German Shepherd, Bear, had a Fibrocartilaginous Embolism in June and has since recovered, but recently started leaking urine when he gets up to go outside. He only leaks a small amount and doesn't do it while sleeping. He has also lost weight, particularly in his back half, and seems weaker. What could be causing this and what should I do?
