My 7-year-old German Shepherd was vomiting a lot and feeling nauseous, throwing up 8 times in 1 hour. The vet gave her a Cerenia injection and she's been lethargic since. She usually loves food but didn't eat her dinner and is lying around not playing with my other dog. Could this be Cerenia side effects or should an X-ray have been taken for an intestinal obstruction?
