My 6-month-old male rabbit, Bun, has not been eating since yesterday, has a low energy level, and has a small red mark on his back with some hair loss. He is still pooping but less than usual, and he has been drinking. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My 5-year-old Dachshund, Quinnie, started with a slight cough and sneezing on December 10th. The cough has become more frequent, and I can hear congestion in her chest when she breathes.
