My 6-pound, 10-month-old Chihuahua sometimes acts weird, looking scared with her ears back, not giving kisses, walking off-balance, and flinching when petted. Her head also leans to the side as if sleepy. This has happened a few times before and she seemed to sleep it off. Is this common or normal behavior? Should I take her to the ER?
