My 6-year-old Boston Terrier, Bowie, has been experiencing recurrent diarrhea despite treatment with dexamethasone and Tylosin. My dog, Ollie, a 1-year-old weighing 12 pounds, ate 200 mg of caffeine gum over an hour ago. He hasn't vomited and is still acting normally, but I'm concerned about his heart rate, which feels around 100 beats per minute. What should I do?

My dog, Maggie, a 3-year-old West Highland Terrier, has been showing signs of a possible urinary tract infection for 2 days. She is frequently asking to go outside and seems frantic to urinate, but no blood is visible in her urine. What should I do, and is there anything I can do until I can get her to a vet on Saturday?
